For remote technical support we need to access your computer via software called Teamviewer. The software needs to be downloaded onto your computer before we can access remotely via a password which you will give to us. We will only have access to your computer when you give us a password generated by Teamview and this password changes everytime you access Teamviewer so we will not be able to gain access to your computer without your permission.
